Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using Revvy: AI Car Designer (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. About the App
Revvy is an AI-powered creative tool that helps you customize vehicle looks from photos and design options—including styles, colors, wraps, and selected car parts. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment and visualization purposes.
2. No Account Required
You may use the App without creating an account. You do not need a phone number, email address, or third-party login to get started. There is no registration requirement to access the App’s core creative flow.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement under the laws of your region. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian as required by applicable law.
4. License to Use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Use / Apple Media Services Terms.
You may not:
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law
• Use the App to harass, harm, or infringe others’ rights
• Misrepresent AI-generated images as official manufacturer designs, real vehicle modifications already completed, or certified safety documentation
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
5. Your Content
You are responsible for the photos and inputs you provide. You confirm that you have the right to use any image you upload (for example, a photo you took or one you are otherwise authorized to use).
You retain whatever rights you already have in your original photos. By submitting an image for generation, you grant us a limited technical permission to process that image solely to produce the design result you requested inside the App.
6. AI-Generated Results
Outputs are creative visualizations. They may be inaccurate, stylized, or unexpected. Results are not a guarantee of real-world build feasibility, legality of modifications, safety, insurance acceptance, or manufacturer approval.
Do not rely on App outputs as professional automotive advice, engineering guidance, or legal clearance for vehicle changes.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload or generate content that:
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
• Depicts illegal activity or extreme violence
• Exploits or endangers minors
• Contains hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit material involving anyone
• Attempts to bypass App safety or technical limits
We may refuse or interrupt processing when content appears to violate these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its name, design, interface, templates, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App to you.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains that we do not collect your personal data and that the App can be used without registration. Please review the Privacy Policy together with these Terms.
10. Third-Party Services and Apple
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:
• These Terms are between you and us, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple’s responsibility is limited as stated in Apple’s terms
• Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON AI OUTPUTS.
SOME REGIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE REGIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or restrict access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence or as otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws, without limiting any non-waivable rights you may have.
